yesterday (8.09.2021) i received a text from nta about image discrepancy so yesterday itself i changed the old photo with a new photo according to the guidelines provided but till now there is no confirmation from the admin..what should I do ? please somebody help.. will i be able to give the exam?

according to NTA neet 2021 information bulletin we have to submit class 11 details in phase ll but i belong from assam state board where class 11 exam ,2020 has not been held due to the covid 19.Thus we havent received firdt years final exam marksheet. So now what can we do now?
