Yesterday I have done transaction through credit card and it is still showing not paid,even 750 rupees has been already deducted from my a/c

For this you need to contact IIT JaM authority sending your screenshot of transaction and details via email as well as phone for proper assistance .
Any payment related issues can only be solved by them as they are authorised to do so.
