Admissions are done on the basis of Valid score in MAT/GMAT/GRE/CMAT/CAT/XAT or ATMA and Academic performance in Class 10, Class 12 and undergraduate degree, Group discussion (GD), Micro Presentation (MP), Written Assessment (WA), Verbal Assessment (VA) and Personal Interview (PI).

Candidates are evaluated on the following criteria:

• Academic Performance
• Nationalised Management Test Scores and Alliance Management Aptitude Test
• Oral Extempore Presentation: Candidates are required to appear for an Oral Extempore Presentation before a panel, for a maximum duration of three minutes on a topic given on the spot. The presentation will be evaluated on content, relevance, and clarity in communication
• Personal Interview Performance: A personal interview would be the final step in the selection process. The overall personality of a candidate would be evaluated

• A Candidate must have 50% or above marks in aggregate in the undergraduate examinations. (Applicants who are in the final year of their studies should have 50% or above aggregate in all the Semesters/years of undergraduate examinations conducted so far). Students writing their final degree are also eligible to apply.
• Minimum Score specified for MAT / CAT / CMAT / XAT / GMAT / GRE is only eligibility criteria and the actual score thereof shall have no bearing in the selection process.

Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% (45% for SC / ST candidates) in aggregate and must have qualified in any of the national-level management aptitude tests and Alliance Management Aptitude Test (AMAT).
