Admission Details
Admissions are done the basis of rank in JEE Main and Jee Advanced.
Admission to both B. Tech. and B. Tech. – M. Tech. dual degree programs is made once a year in July through a Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains and Advanced conducted on an All India level in April/May. It is required for the aspirant to pass in the 10 + 2 examination system. Admission is offered according to the JEE-Advanced rank of the aspirant and his choices that he/she fills up during counselling.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidate must have passed 10+2 in science stream with minimum 60% marks (5% relaxation for SC/ST/PD) from recognized board, also must have valid score in JEE (Advanced).
The minimum academic qualification for admission through JEE is a pass in the final examination of 10+2 system or its equivalent, referred to as the Qualifying Examination. In case the relevant qualifying examination is not a public examination, the candidate must have passed at least one public (Board / University) examination at an earlier level. Those appearing in 10+2 final or equivalent examination may also appear in JEE (Screening Test and Main Examination) for consideration of provisional admission.
