B.Tech. Admissions to various programs of IIITD will be done through Joint Admission Counselling, JAC-Delhi, and through IIITD admission process using UCEED rank (Only for some seats in CSD) and Class XII Marks (Only for some seats in CSSS). Details regarding the number of seats, eligibility, merit list and admission process are given in B.Tech. admission brochure. Admissions will be made purely on merit. The merit position of the candidate for admission will be based on the score obtained by the candidate in the BITSAT. However, their eligibility for admission is subject to fulfilling the requirement of minimum marks in 12th examination.

70% marks in aggregate for five subjects (including Physics, Chemistry and Maths) and 70% in Maths in class XII from CBSE board or equivalent.

➢ Candidates must have completed their 12th-grade examination under the 10+2 system from a recognized Central or State board or an equivalent qualification.

➢ A minimum of five subjects is required, including Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, one Language, and any additional subject beyond these four.

➢ Candidates must secure:

• An aggregate of 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and
• At least 60% marks in each of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics individually.

➢ Both theory and practical components must be considered while calculating percentages.
