Admissions will be based on the performance in an entrance test and followed by an interview.  A computer-based entrance test will be conducted in many cities across India on April last.  The tentative date of the interview to be held at IIIT Hyderabad will be intimated to the shortlisted candidates soon after the entrance test. The candidate has to clear the interview to get the admission into PG programmes.

While applying in the application form candidates who wish to be considered for admission through GATE are to enter details of GATE score (year of GATE examination, GATE All India Rank and GATE Score).

B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. (any branch including CSE/ECE/EEE/Civil/ Biotechnology), B.Arch., Masters Degree in Science/Mathematics/Information Technology/Computers/MCA Programmes.

The Candidate Should Have Integrated first degree of BITS in the respective discipline or its’ equivalent.
