• All the eligible candidates for admission into the First Year shall have to qualify in the EAMCET Examination conducted by the Govt. of Telangana. The candidates will be admitted by the EAMCET Convener strictly by the rank secured in the Entrance Examination and other rules in accordance with the reservation of seats in various categories. • A student must have passed the Intermediate Examination of the Board of Intermediate Education, Government of Telangana, with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as optional subjects, or any other examination recognized by the Government of Telangana as its equivalent.
  
• To seek admission under the Management Quota, he/she must satisfy the following requirements
  
• Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Technical Vocational subjects.
• Obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to the reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.
