Admissions are made by the Convener, ICET, as per merit in ICET. As per the existing stipulations of the AP State Council for Higher Education (APSCHE), Government of Andhra Pradesh, admissions are made as follows:

• 70% of the total intake are Category-A seats, which are to be filled by the Convener as per the merit based on ICET score and rules of reservations.
• 30% of the total intake are Category-B seats are to be filled by Management as per the norms stipulated by the Government of Andhra Pradesh

Passed BCA/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Degree. OR Passed B.Sc./ B.Com./ B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 Level or at Graduation Level (with additional bridge Courses as per the norms of the concerned University). Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.

A candidate seeking admission into MCA should have passed the Bachelor’s Degree Examination, conducted by the Universities in the State of Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognized by any of the Universities in the State as equivalent to a 3/4 years Degree (10 +2 + 3) with Mathematics as one of the subjects. Candidates should also qualify for the Integrated Common Entrance Test (ICET), a state-level entrance test conducted by APSCHE.
