  • Category A: Indian Citizens or Non-Resident Indians (holding an Indian passport) Applicants should be currently enrolled in, or have successfully completed, grade 12 of a 10+2 system from a recognized National or International board or its equivalent with adequate proficiency in English.
  • Category B: Foreign Nationals including Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) / Person of Indian Origin (PIO)
     
    • Applicants should be currently enrolled in, or have successfully completed, grade 12 from a board recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
    • Applicants should submit ‘English as the Medium of Instruction’ letter from the recently graduated school or an English proficiency test score.
    • Applicants must be at least 18 years old as of 31 July 2026.

• There is no special quota for international students.   15% of the total seats are reserved for candidates holding Punjab Domicile. In the case of any vacant seats, they shall be offered to other non-domicile candidates.    

• 10 + 2 or equivalent exam with 45% marks in Physics, Maths & Chemistry / Vocational Subjects. 
• Those awaiting their 10 + 2 or equivalent examination result may also apply. 
• Candidates passing Diploma Engineering with a Minimum 45% marks is eligible to apply
