Selection of candidates shall be on a merit-cum-reservation basis with 50:50 weightage for marks in the entrance and qualifying examinations.

• A candidate who has passed any Undergraduate degree examination with 50 % aggregate marks from any recognized University in India or abroad recognized by UGC / AIU are eligible to apply.
• Applicants who are in the final year of their studies should have secured 50% or above aggregate in all the Semesters / Years of Undergraduate Examinations conducted so far. Students appearing for their final degree examinations are also eligible to apply.

The candidate should have passed in any Bachelor Degree examination of Mangalore University or equivalent, with a minimum of 45% (40% for SC/ST/Category-I candidates) marks in Optionals.
