Admission Details
Admissions are offered based on the scores of JEE (Main) 2026.
Counselling will be based on Merit. Shortlisted candidates eligible for counselling will be informed by email on registered mail ID’s. List of candidates will also be uploaded in the website.
Admission to 85% seats of the College is made on the basis of UPSEE conducted by a body duly constituted by the Govt. of Uttar Pradesh Lucknow. Admission to Vacant seats is offered according to the eligibility criteria given below. For admission to a vacant seat, the candidate has to fill up a registration form which is available in the College.
Eligibility Criteria
1. The subject combination required in the qualifying examination (intermediate examination of U. P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent) for admission to the first year of different courses shall be as under:-Compulsory Subjects; Physics & Mathematics
Optional Subjects; Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Biology/ Technical Vocational subject
2. For admission to the first year of B. Tech., the candidate must have clearly passed intermediate examination of U. P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board/University & securing a minimum of 45% marks (40% Marks for SC/ST Category candidates) without grace in required each compulsory subjects and one optional subject taken together as per given above.
Lateral Entry
Candidates who have passed three years Engineering Diploma from an Institution located in U.P. with minimum 45% (40% for SC/ST) marks OR whose parents (Father or mother) are domicile of Uttar Pradesh, and he/she passed three years Engineering Diploma with minimum 45% (40% for SC/ST) marks recognized by the Board of Technical Education, U.P., in any branch of Engineering (except Agriculture Engineering, Pharmacy and Architecture), are eligible for admission to Second year in any branch of Engineering/Technology.
Candidates who have passed ‘three years B.Sc. degree and passed XII standard with mathematics as one of the subject' from any recognized University; securing minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) in aggregate, are also eligible for admission to second year in any branch of Engineering / Technology.
There after, the vacant seats, if any, will be filled on merit by such candidates who have passed the qualifying examination securing minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate without any grace marks.
