B) Group Discussion & Personal Interview (GDPI):

After the eligible students apply, they will have to go through the Group Discussion & Personal Interview (GDPI) process which will be conducted by the pool of faculties.

   C) Weightage considered for Selection:

• Graduation/Academics- 30%
• ATLAS Aptitude Test (AAT)- 20%
• Group Discussion- 15%
• Personal Interview- 35%

   D) Online Result Declaration: If the student gets shortlisted post the group discussion and personal interview, he will get an offer letter on email.

  E) Enrollment: Students will have to complete the enrollment formalities as mentioned in the offer Email.

The goal of our assessment process is to select best performing and well-rounded applicants who can contribute and enhance the learning experience at FLAME University. We have an internal assessment process which considers the following aspects of your application:

• National Level Entrance Test Scores [CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/NMAT/GMAT/MH-CET] - (Mandatory)
• Essay
• Online Personal Interview (PI) *
• Past Academic Record
• Extracurricular activities/ achievements
• Statement of Purpose (SOP)
• Personality Profiling

• Students who have completed a minimum of a three-year graduate program or are currently in the final year of their graduate program in any discipline from any University recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) can apply.
• Students appearing for their final exams can also apply provided they maintain a minimum of 50% aggregate marks at the time of graduation as mentioned above.
• Students appearing for their final exams should not have any backlogs (ATKTs).
• Candidates must have also appeared for one of the following entrance tests - GMAT, NMAT, CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA or any state CET tests
• Candidates who have not appeared for any of the above-mentioned entrance tests will have to go through the entrance exam (written test consisting of Multiple Choice Questions) conducted by ATLAS SkillTech University.

• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a university / institution recognized by the UGC or equivalent bodies with a minimum score of 50% in aggregate or an equivalent grade (CGPA/ CPI / etc.). Candidates in their final year of a bachelor’s degree program can also apply, provided they can produce the final-year degree certificate / mark sheet before 30th September 2026. Admission of such a candidate shall be strictly provisional till s/he submits a valid proof of passing the bachelor’s degree examination with required percentage of marks before the prescribed last date, failing which the admission shall automatically stand withdrawn without any further notice.
• Test scores in any of the following national level tests conducted in the current year – *CAT (conducted by IIMs) /  MAT /  **XAT / CMAT / NMAT / MH-CET / ***GMAT.
  (* IIMs have no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the program.
  ** XLRI has no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the program.
  *** GMAT scores are valid for 5 years. Please ensure that your scores are valid till the date of enrollment specified in the schedule.)
