The selection procedure for the programme is divided into three phases. Candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria undergo a three-stage selection procedure.

• Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) conducted by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi
• Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by Indian Institute of Management IIMs.
• KMAT conducted by Admission Supervisory / Fee Regulatory Committee for Professional Colleges 

The shortlisted candidates are called for the second and third stages of Group Discussion and Personal Interview. In addition to the CMAT/KMAT/CAT scores, a separate application form should be submitted to Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies.

Step 1- Students must appear for one of the below-mentioned ‘All India Aptitude/Entrance Test (as approved and Directed by Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India)’ and submit the photocopy of the Score Card along with the filled Application Form.

• KMAT
• GMAT, CMAT, ATMA

Step 2- Group Discussion & Personal Interview (Verification of all the Original Documents & Experience Certificate {if any} at GD & PI Centre)

Step 3- Announcement of Results within 3 working days after the GD & PI round

Step 4- Payment of Fee within 7 working days, after the results are announced

Step 5- Commencement of New Academic Session – Will be Announced later

• A pass in any Bachelor’s degree examination of Mahatma Gandhi University or an equivalent degree of any other University duly recognized by Mahatma Gandhi University with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate for all parts of examination or a Master’s degree examination with 50% marks in aggregate.
• Final year students awaiting results may also apply.
• The degree must be recognized by M.G. University

• Students with a bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible to apply.
• Applicants who are appearing for the final-year degree examination can also apply.
• A student applying to KSM for an MBA must have a valid CAT/GMAT/IIFT/XAT/MAT/ATMA/CMAT percentile, which is the All India Aptitude/entrance test (approved by and directed by Ministry of HRD, Govt. Of India,) and submit the photocopy of score card along with a filled application form.
