Admissions are merit-based. After accommodating the students of M.E.S.PU College, seats are allotted according to Government directives regarding the reservation policy. • Pass in P.U.C or any other examination recognized as equivalent by Bangalore University 
• Minimum of 50% marks for Karnataka Students and 60% marks for outside students (aggregate) in the qualifying examination Application for admission to college must be in the prescribed form.  

• Candidates who have passed the two years Pre-University Examination of the Karnataka state with any combination of optional subjects or any other Examination recognized as equivalent thereto shall be eligible for admission to B.A. degree courses.
• Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination conducted by the statutory Board/University established by law under 10+2 pattern shall also be eligible for admission. They have to bring an eligibility certificate in this regard from Bangalore University.
• The candidate must be pass in class 10+2 from PUC/ISC/CBSE or other states equivalent examination as recognized by the Bangalore University.
