For admission to the first year of B. Pharm., the candidate (Only from Uttar Pradesh state) must have passed the intermediate examination of U. P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board. The candidate is essentially required to pass (as per the respective Board) in each subject (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology).

For Lateral Entry: The candidates who have passed 2/3 years Diploma in Pharmacy securing a minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST) marks from an institution located in U.P. and recognized by the Board of Technical Education, U.P., are eligible for admission to the second year of B. Pharm only.

• A candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and (Maths/ Biology) with minimum 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized Board/ University.
• A candidate must have passed D.Pharm with 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized Board/ University.
