NLUJAA shall strictly follow the admission criteria laid down by the CLAT. Accordingly, the admission shall exclusively be based on the performance of the candidate in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT).

Students will be selected on merit cum admission test and interview. 

Eligibility  criteria  for  admission  is  as  per  CLAT Notification (for  details  please refer to CLAT Website)

However,   in   order   to   qualify   for   admission,   the candidate should have  passed  10+2 examination or its equivalent  with  minimum  45%  marks  in  aggregate (40%    marks    in    case    of    SC/ST/Persons    with Disabilities)

A candidate for should be passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) or an equivalent examination thereto securing in aggregate not less than 45% of the total marks for General candidates and not less than  40% of the total marks for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
