Student should clear any of the following entrance examinations by obtaining the minimum score of eligibility.
- KMAT
- CMAT
- CAT
The LEADers will be selected on the following criteria
1. Final year students/graduates with 60% marks.
2.They should have minimum cut off score in the entrance examination.
3.They should appear in the admission process of LEAD College of Management which happens in 3 stages as below and attain a qualifying score :

a. WAD (What After Degree)

b. Know LEAD

c. U LEAD

Admission will be purely based on merit.
A Ranklist will be made with the aggregate score from UG Marks, Entrance Exam (CMAT, KMAT, or CAT ), Group Discussion, and Personal Interviews.

Eligibility Criteria

A student holding any Under-Graduate degree from a regular affiliated college or holding an Under-Graduate degree as distance education from any universities in Kerala would be eligible.
Student should secure a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the degree final examination.
Student should clear any of the following entrance examinations by obtaining the minimum score of eligibility.
- KMAT
- CMAT
- CAT

A pass in any bachelor's Degree Examination of the University or an equivalent degree of any other university, duly recognized by KTU, with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate for all parts of the examination, or a Master's Degree Examination with 50% marks in aggregate.
Valid KMAT / CMAT or CAT Score.
A pass in any Bachelor’s Degree examination is needed for SC/ST candidates.
