Admission will be based on an entrance test at designated centers in India, subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria. In the case of a tie-in entrance test marks, merit ranking will be based on a percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and age.

1. Candidates must fill in a Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2022 online application form and appear for the test conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). For details on test schedules, syllabus, and Admissions to the above-mentioned courses are based on performance in CUET 2022 and as per the eligibility criteria and reservations roster. Candidates will be selected based on performance in the CUET 2022.
2. The selection process for the PIO/ Foreign National is based on the merit list of the performance in the respective qualifying examination.

a)Undergraduate degree in social sciences (including commerce & management), sciences, or engineering (including those who are appearing for their final year exams in the AY 2025).
b)The eligible candidates must secure at the undergraduate level: 55% for the General category; 50% for OBC – Non-Creamy Layer; 45% for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
c) The eligible candidates should not have completed 25 years as on 1st July 2025.
d)The candidates should have studied mathematics at plus-two level, or its equivalent, which includes pa ass certificate from National Institute of Open Schooling for mathematics at Senior Secondary level, or completion of mathematical economics course(s) at undergraduate level.

Candidates should have completed B.Sc. (Honours)/B.A. (Honours) in Economics or B.Sc./B.A. in Economics with Mathematics and Statistics/Econometrics as major courses in the degree with a minimum of 55% in aggregate.
