Candidates to the UG Design programs will take an entrance examination comprising of a Creative Ability Test (CAT) and a General Ability Test (GAT). Candidates shortlisted based on the written examination will take a Situation Test.

The students have to clear the admission process comprising of Design Aptitude test followed by personal interview.

passed the Plus 2 level examination in the 10+2 pattern of examination from any recognized Central/State Board of Secondary Examination, such as Central Board of Secondary Education / State Board New Delhi / Council for Indian School of Certificate Examination, New Delhi. 

or 

A pass grade in the Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Open School with a minimum of five subjects. 

or

Any Public School/Board/University Examination in India or foreign countries recognized by the Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to the 10+2 system. 

or

General Certificate Education (GCE) Examination (London/Cambridge/Sri-Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level/ International Baccalaureate (IB).

A pass with minimum 50% of marks in any recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Science of minimum 3 years duration with 10+2+3 years pattern and studied Mathematics at +2 level or studied Mathematics as core or ancillary subjects at B.Sc. level alone are eligible for admission to B.Tech. Degree Course.
