B.Tech. Admissions  to various programs of IIITD will be done through Joint Admission Counselling, JAC-Delhi, and through IIITD admission process using UCEED rank (Only for some seats in CSD) and Class XII Marks (Only for some seats in CSSS). BE/BTech programmes:

Admission to BE/BTech programs shall be made on the basis of prescribed criteria of JEE Main – 2024 and 10+2 PCM. Applicants are required to fill application form one time only and on the basis of single application form, they can seek admission through any mode, subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria as per the details hereunder:

iii. possesses a good moral character.

iv. is a citizen of India.

v. has passed 10+2 examination in 2023, 2024 or appearing in 2025.

70% marks in aggregate for five subjects (including Physics, Chemistry and Maths) and 70% in Maths in class XII from CBSE Boad or equivalent
