There is no such thing like that. Instead the localites of AP will be given more preference over you and it is the vice-versa case for them when they write the Telangana Eamcet.

Are you paid counseling fee or full registration fee.
If you filled the counseling fee than college are trying for full payment registration fee to enroll the students.
If you want to take admission in that college than pay full registration fee otherwise not fill fee of that.
