Will telangana students have seperate cutoff ranks for colleges under apeamcet . Will they get scholarship

There is no such thing like that. Instead the localites of AP will be given more preference over you and it is the vice-versa case for them when they write the Telangana Eamcet.

There is no separate cut off for Telangana students. The merit list is same. Although cut off may vary depending upon category General, OBC, SC, ST etc. The scholarship is based upon merit apart from special reservation like PWD, Dependents of Ex-Servicemen etc.
