If you are talking about VISHU INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY then it's difficult to get CSE with 19190 rank until and unless you belong to some category. Because the last year closing rank for CSE was 14131.

If the rounds and application for AP EAMCET has started, you can't suddenly edit your application, you have to do it before hand, and keep it ready for the examinations, you can still try through the website and through the help portals. But I'm not sure that you can change
