Yes you can attend for second counselling if there is a chance and if you have already paid the amount it will be transferred to the college you got in second counselling. So don't worry.

Hello Avinash,Your rank is decent enough to fetch you a seat in whatever branch you like at Vishnu Institute of Technology, bhimavaram. You will definitely be able to get a seat in any of the core branches, if that is what you want.
APSCHE will organize separate counselling for MPC and BiPC streams. Candidates will be called for the document verification as per their rank in AP EAMCET 2019.
