Well category certificate is on the basis of if applicable . If you have category certificate then yes you have to provide that at the time of counselling for the verfication of documents. Below I have provided the lists of documents required at the time for counselling -

Frankly it's cumploury to have the income certificate where as in the other case if you have applied for category of reservation is compulsory and it would be hard to get category reservation if you fail to get it make sure you have it
