Looking at previous years' cutoff trends for JNTU College of Engineering, if you belong to General category, then you may not get a seat there.

However, if you belong to any other category then check the previous years' cut-offs here which will give you some idea about cutoffs

EAMCET  is an exam for entering into engineering colleges 

Minimum qualifying mark for oc candidates is 45.

So you are not qualified. 

May be some colleges offer you a seat. But most probably if you want to persue engineering, you can go through management quota

For scoring 53 marks in AP EAMCET, and 896/1000 marks in intermediate, if you have scored 540/600 in MPC, fall under the open category. You can secure a rank between 30600-31000. For that rank, if you are a male local candidate, you can get a seat in RVR
