You will be alloted a seat based on your priority list. There will be atleast 3 rounds of iteration. And no, there's no management or donation seat in BITS Pilani. Admissions are taken only on the basis of their merit based on their BITSAT/ SAT score.
Note that
BITSAT is a national level exam conducted by BITS Pilani for admission to Integrated First Degree programs offered at BITS campuses in Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad. If a candidate go for second round of counselling he has to pay fees for the second round it is almost same as fees
