Yes you can give JEE as you have a fresh marksheet of 12 of year 2020. No matter if you appeared for JEE previously using your CBSE marksheet. Many student appear for 12 again to regain their JEE attempt so you can also its common in Kota.
Not sure but may be you'll be not eligible for written exam… contact their admission department for any solution.. hope they may have any criteria for that also…

you require atleast 350 above marks in order to get bits main campus. The BITSAT accepts a higher amount of marks in order to allow you a reputed college. So all the best for it.
