I have missed to book the slot for BITSAT exam this year is there a possibility for me to book the slot now ?

Unfortunately, there is no way you can book the slots for BITSAT now. You have lost a golden opportunity of entering into BITS this year as the last date for booking the slots was yesterday, on the 5th of April.
Please try next year if you want to study only in BITS. Hope this helps you and all the best!
