Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) is a national level entrance examination. For being eligible for applying for CUCET post graduate section the candidate must possess a minimum of 50% marks aggregate for your Bachelors degree for general category and a 5% relaxation in aggregate percentage for reserved categories. To be eligible for CUCET PG entrance exam candidates must have completed their graduation with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and Reserved category candidates will get 5% relaxation. So you 10+2 level marks are not required to be eligible for CUCET PG entrance exam. The application form of CUCET 2021 will be released in July in online mode. Candidates who wish to appear in the entrance test can fill their CUCET 2021 application form by August. The conducting body of Central Universities Common entrance test 2021 will conduct the CUCET 2021 entrance examination in September.

CUCET is not essential for admission into the Delhi University for B.SC Microbiology course. The admission into the course is based on the merit prepared on the class 12 basis by following the best four subjects criteria.
The eligibility criteria for B.SC Microbiology states that:
Candidates interested in studying at Delhi University as an undergraduate will be able to apply once the DU application forms are released. The application forms will be available solely online at du.ac.in, the university's official website. Candidates must additionally upload required documentation and pay the application cost in addition to filling out the necessary information.
After calculating the best of four subjects from the qualifying examination, admission to merit-based courses is granted. After filling the online application form, DU will release the merit list in different rounds based on the best four subjects criteria and allocation of college will be done based on your score.
