cucet stands for central university common entrance test. admission to delhi university affiliated colleges is based on 12th score for admission to b.sc, b.com, b.a courses. apart from this there is entrance test for courses like bachelor of management studies and bachelor of arts in economics. however this year notifications is yet to out. so check the official website for any updates.

The entrance test of CUCET for MA Political Science is conducted for a duration of two hours carrying 100 questions in MCQs format, there are mainly two parts, Part A consists of 25 questions from English, Numerical Ability, and General Knowledge while Part B is subject specific, which is political science in your case, you can check out the syllabus at https://cucetexam.in/CUCET2020/Document/Syllabus/Syllabus_PGQP42.pdf

MA Political Science is offered in four universities under CUCET, Central University of Punjab, Central University of Gujarat, Central University of Kashmir, Central University of Haryana.
Under CUCET, admission is done for central university of Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Kerala, and Andhra Pradesh of all the options you mentioned,
however Integrated MA Economics is only offered in Central University of Tamil Nadu, while Integrated MSc Economics is offered in Central University of Rajasthan and BASE, Bangalore and BSc(Hons) Economics only is offered in Central University of Andhra Pradesh, and BA(Hons) Economics is offered in Central University of Karnataka.
Hyderabad Central University or Hyderabad University conducts its own entrance test for admission of integrated MA Economics, it's not done through CUCET.
MSc Nutrition and Dietetics is a 2 Year postgraduate course which specially deals with the principles of the Nutritional values in Food.
The admission in MSc Nutrition and Dietetics course is done on the basis of the marks secured by the candidates at their graduation level. some colleges/universities admit students to the course based on the score in the entrance exam conducted by National and State Level.
MSc Nutrition and Dietetics course syllabus specially covers the topics related to the Fundamentals of Nutrition, Food Microbiology, Nutritional Management, Diet Therapy, Sports Nutrition and more.
Entrance Exam Based Admission is done in two rounds interview and group discussion.
