Hi Aspirant!
The exam pattern, syllabus and topics covered in CUCET MSc keeps on changing with time. Hence, it is important for the candidates to refer to the book of the latest publishing year. Some of the suggestions for books are: Class 11 and Class 12 NCERT Books, ABC Chemistry by S.P Jauhar , Organic Chemistry by Arihant Publications, A Textbook of Organic Chemistry by Dr. O.P. Tandon, Textbook of Physical Chemistry by Dr. R.K. Gupta, Textbook of Inorganic Chemistry Dr. O.P. Tandon etc.
Hope this helps!
Thank you!
CUCET is all-India test is being organized by 14 Central Universities and 4 State Universities for admission to various Integrated/ Under-Graduate, Post Graduate and Research Programmes in these Universities/Institute(s). It provides a single window opportunity to the students to seek admission in these Participating Universities (PU) across the country.
There is no single book which you can refer to for preparing for the exam. Everything is asked from your graduation course of study. So preparing from the books which you referred in your exam will be more than enough

Greetings,
So generally spot admissions are done to fill the vacant seats by different colleges and universities according to the categories that they have available. Typically spot admission process happens really fast as by the time the vacant seats are filled the regular academic schedule is already in full flow. This creates certain restrictions on the college
- To fill the seats fast they only give just one chance to candidates that are applying
- If a candidate fails to appear for the spot admission on the required date he/she is immediately bypassed and the next person in line is allotted the seat
- If a candidate fails to submit required documents then also he/she is bypassed for the next in line
As you can see, it is a hard and fast process that does not leave much room for candidates to take their time.
If you still want then you can try and contact the college authorities regarding your spot admission process and send someone else in your place (parents, etc) to submit the documents and compete the process, if the college is fine with it then you'll get admission easily.
best of luck.
