After getting cucet scorecard you have to register yourself for counselling many of central university released notice regarding counselling like curaj, cu Punjab, cuhr and many more. And after that university will release merit list with the name of all candidates who registered for counselling then university will release its cutoff and after that your admission will be confirmed.

It would be good to know which central University admission are you going for because CUCET results for Central Universities in different areas is different.
But 14 is still a point above the eligibility score in Punjab, so you do stand a chance for admission depending on the seats and the competition.

If you gave a entrance exam of CUCET then you have chance of getting admission in haryana university and cutoff vary between 45-50 Marks as best of my knowledge and if you belongs to any category rather than general then yes, definitely you will get a chance. And go for counselling.

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream etc. The authorities release CUCET cutoff lists which also contain the name/registration/form number of the candidates. Candidates whose names appear in the merit list/provisional result/cut off list of CUCET, have to further register and participate in the counselling in online/offline mode. CUCET cutoff can be different for the same programmes at different central universities.
