Well you scored very good rank but I think that this rank is not much sufficient for getting admission in cusat under the cusat cat entrance examination for MSC this is analysis is totally based on the last few years result and cutoff trends..

Yes you will get admission because in some of the branches like Kuttanad and Ernakulam the Closing rank goes down to 6800 and with your rank you will also get CSE.

Well their are very limited seat in msc in the college under cusat entrance examination so cutoff are quite high but at this rank you have very low chances but I would suggest you that you must attend the councelling may you get seat in this. Hope you get

fairly dpeaking at this rank you cannot get any seats in general counselling. you chances are really less. however there are some management quota under every college. but fees are really high. you need to have a discussion with the college authority if you opts for management quota.
