No, candidates from other states cannot apply for GCET 2018. However, candidates can apply for Management Quota which will be at the discretion of the management. The eligibility criteria of GCET is as follows :
Candidates must be Indian.
Candidates must have passed H.S.S.C. examination of Goa Board or
