The marks that you have mentioned are quite low . With this marks getting admission in bca would be difficult. So you can go for private colleges which offer bca courses. But getting a government college seems difficult.

                   HIMACHAL PRADESH COMMON ENTERANCE TEST (HPCET)  is conducted every year for admissions to B. tech program in colleges under Himachal Pradesh Technical University (HPTU).

                   Gaurav as per your rank and usual cut off of HPCET, you may certainly get a govt. college inHimacha Pradesh but at the same time you may not get the course  of your own choice. 

                   But never loose hope and thus you may register for counselling go for it and see what best happens.

With these marks, you have very little chance of getting into a government college. However, there are many private colleges which will be available to you. 

Do not worry, as your hard work in college will be the key factor. With your amazing performance in college, you can even be placed in some of the best companies. So, do not lose hope.

You cannot get a seat into government colleges as your hpcet marks are 74 you need to score more .As the seats are almost filled up by the first 300+ rankers yoou need to get more than 80 marks in order get a seat in gov colleges

              Hope you are doing well.As your Hpcet score is concerned it is difficult for you to get aadmission into Government colleges.So it's suggestive that you can get seat in top private colleges.Even though don't lose your hope as every year cutoff marks been changing.Wish you good luck.

The admission authority of the Himachal Pradesh Technical University will release the merit list of HPCET 2019 after the declaration of result. The HPCET 2019 result comprises of the marks secured by the candidates in the HPCET entrance examination which will be conducted on May 12, 2019. On the basis of the result, the HPCET 2019 merit list will be prepared by the admission authority. The list will be prepared in the order of the scores secured by the candidates, category-wise. Based on the merit list of HPCET 2019, candidates will be invited to attend the counselling of HPCET 2019. If at any point of preparation of merit list there is a tie in the scores, the admission authority will follow their prescribed guidelines to break the tie.

You have a good score but it is dependent on the merit lists and the trends of that year.

As per the given information I expect you're saying that your NTA Score is 43 percentile. So, if you compare your rank, you'll be far back from the general cut-off ranks required for HPTU counselling. However, the trends may change, as there can't be any prediction. So, you should apply for the counselling but the chances for selection are very feeble.
