Counselling forms will start within this week(most probably). You have around 20-25 days to register for counselling from the day it has started.

yes there are Chances of getting seat in govt.  college with the marks you have scored. So all the best. Kindly contact the college where you want to take admiasion they will provide you their eligibility criteria as well as admission process. Have a great future ahead.

As per my understanding merit list of HPCET colleges list  are Bahra University, Himachal Pradesh Technical unilever, Shoolini University, Shiva institute of engineering and technology.
