15% of the seats are allocated for all India quota. There is also a 15% managment quota seats in private institutions. So you are definitely eligible for HPCET. Please go through HPCET 2018 for complete details of eligibility, centres of examination, Exam pattern, Syllabus etc.

All candidates who wish to get allotted in the participating institutes of HPCET can fill and submit the online application form of HPCET 2018 till April 28. The offline entrance examination of HPCET
First 50% of the total HPCET B.Tech seats will be offered to candidates based on their merit/rank/score in JEE Main 2018.

Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test is conducted by Himachal Pradesh Technical University. It is a state level exam which is used for admissions to BTech./BPharmacy/ BPharmacy (Ayurveda), MTech, MPharmacy, MCA and MBA being offered by HPTU and colleges affiliated to it.
