Hope you are doing great there . Yes , you can still get colleges on the basis of your class 12th marks . You will not be able to get a seat in B.Tech in some government college since most of the government college give admission on the basis of the marks obtained in jee mains .But you can definitely apply for some private college .
If your score is above 95 percent in class 12th , then you can get a seat in

otherwise if you have less than 95 percent you can try for colleges given below

Candidates must register and enter their preferred courses and colleges in order to participate in the HPCET 2021 counselling. The dates are yet to be released. If you belong to any reservation category be it obc/sc/st/ews you can definitely get into the college under hpcet. Although you might not get the top branch but certainly you can secure a seat in any of the participating college under hpcet.

The Himachal Pradesh Technical University will conduct the HPCET 2021 counselling process. HPCET counselling 2021 dates will be released by the authorities at the official website. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. The dates are not yet released by the officials. Admission is offered to 50% seats through JEE Main and the remaining 50% on the basis of HPCET scores. To participate in the counselling of HPCET 2021, candidates will have to get themselves registered and enter their choice of courses and colleges.
10+2 or it's equivalent from a recognized Board · Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Technical Vocational subject, 45% marks (40% for reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.

HPCET registration or application fee is
Rs. 1000 for SC/ST/BPL and Rs. 1500 for Other categories.
The candidates will have to first login on to the official website.
Once they are successfully logged in, then the candidate will then have to click the application form tab.
The application forms are to be filled in an online mode itself and all the required details are furnished in the application form, the candidates will move towards the next step where they will be asked to upload the scanned copies of their photograph and signature.

HPCET Entrance Forms are made available in online mode only by HPTU from 1st week of March 2021 . All candidates, applying for the exam must ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria of HPCET . ... After form filling, candidates have to pay the fees through online mode.
