• Marksheet and Pass Certificate of Qualifying Exam
• 10th Standard Certificate as the proof date of birth.
• JEE Main 2019 or HPCET 2019 Score Card.
• Character Certificate
• Bonafide/domicile Certificate issued by Sub-Divisional Magistrate/Executive Magistrate.
• Category Certificate (by reserved category candidates)
• Income Certificate (if applied under Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme)
• An affidavit attested by Executive Magistrate (if applied under Beti Hai Anmol Scheme)
• Domicile Certificate by Kashmiri Migrants

Hey Abhinav chouhan, with 50 percentile in JEE MAINS 2019 and 95.4% in class 12th, you can easily get admission in HPCET. As the cut-off for HPCET for general category students are 15% in Jee mains and 55% in class 12th. And for resevere category, the jee Mains score should be 10% and 50% in 12th Boards

As you have got 78 Mark's in HPCET 2019, and as you have not specified your reservation category, I am assuming that you are from General category only. In that case, I would like to tell you that you have very less chance to get government college for B.Pharmacy but you can always apply for private colleges with your Mark's. You can get good private colleges.  I hope it answered your query

Hi Shikha,your chance of getting admission in hpcet mca is very low,as they require 50% in the qualifying examination(45% for reserved categories).

Along with this they also require Mathematics in 10+2, and also Bachelor's degree for min 3 years.

Yes you will be able to get admission in some government colleges with this marks in hpcet. One such college is University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Chandigarh from past year cut off trend. The old Cut off are not a measure of current year admission as various candidates appear and seat position modifies on ROI. You less marks so you have very less chances of getting government college but because of the reserve category you might get seat .           

There are very few government college in Himachal. So chances are very less
