Yes you can take admission in geography hons in ba entrance exam. Here is the eligibility criteria and admission process.
JNU 2019 Eligibility Criteria for B.A. in Geography is: BA (Geography) placement test has 4 units. Geomorphology, Climatology, Oceanography, and Biogeography are the fundamental themes secured under Unit I. Unit II covers subjects like Human Geography, Regional Geography, and Physical Geography of India.
Passage Test
Qualified up-and-comers need to show up for the Entrance Test directed by the University.
Legitimacy Screening
Confirmation depends on the position in the Entrance test led by the University and Deprivation focuses granted, if pertinent.
Separate legitimacy records are set up for every class for example competitors having a place with SC, ST, OBC, PH classifications.

It's not just for JNU but for any University, in general, when it is a regular course, you are expected to attend the college and study. But if a working employee wants to take admission in JNU as a regular student, he/she has to join College as a regular student. There are evening colleges in JNU and they are part time. So, either you have to pursue these courses through Distance mode or quit work and join College.

as you have already done b.ed from utter pradesh institution, its certify that you have already done your graduation courses. however jnu has entrance test for post graduate admission. some courses on m.a needs only graduation in any discipline. there is also ceeb entrance test is conducts by jnu for msc, msc in agriculture and m.tech admission. you may follow the below link to know about the exam details.

Admission to MA Politics with International Studies will take place through JNUEE.
JNU will hold its entrance test JNUEE for admission of various UG and PG courses in online mode from 11th May to 14th May, 2020.
Online registration for the same will start on 2nd March, 2020 and the last date being 31st March, 2020.

JNU doesn't offer admission to Ph.D in commarce, you have to apply in Delhi University.
Candidates who have scored minimum 55% in M.com are eligible. 5% relaxation is given to SC/ST category.
An entrance exam will be conducted in written form.
Those who would qualify, are to prepare a research proposal and submit 7 copies of it with the Ph.D form.
Based on the outcome of the research proposal, final merit list of selected candidates will be done.

first of all i would like to tell you that there is no maximum age limit applicable to take admission into JNU, only the minimum age criteria is there that student should be of 17 years old.
