As you have not mentioned which rank you need ,as kea announe ranks for different streams it is not possible to tell.

There isn't any such process of adding your 12th score to your CET score. If a college/organisation decides to do normalisation then they do it themselves by a fixed formula in which the applicant has no role at all.

qualification for kcet is that aperson should have passed PUC , +2 or anyother equivalence from science streame,with physicas and mathamatics as compulsary subjects and one other optional subject like chemistry, biology,electronics , computer science etc.

Yes, you are eligible to appear for KCET. According to the eligibility criteria set by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) the minimum marks required in Class XII to apply for B. Tech through KCET is 45% for general category while it is 40% for reserved category.
