you can write the KCET but the results woul be with held since the 50% of marks is depends so after your PUC is passed the rank would be declared where the supplementry exam would be soon i guess,you had got the point

Admission in RVCE Bangalore is done on the basis of two examinations- COMEDK and KEACET.
In 2018, the cutoff through KCET for a rural obc candidate was-
CSE- 2293 (Closing Rank)
In 2017, the cutoff through KCET for a rural obc candidate was-
CSE- 1611 (Closing Rank)
