Hi Prajwal, the percentage cutoff for SC/ST candidates in NEET is 40%. You meet that requirement and for admission in medical college, the rest depends on NEET marks. I cannot comment on whether it is possible for you to get a medical or it's allied seats or not. But yes,

For join college through KCET, firstly you have to qualify this exam then if you want to take admission in top college then according to that college you have to score good rank.

Hope you are doing well. Yes you can select BE in first round itself, but not for University Visveswariah College of Engineering Bangalore. As cutoff rank in this college is very low. Unless you belong to a category like SC, ST or Category-1, you don't have a chance
