to get seat in any engineering or BCA colleges the candidate must clear all his subjects in his PUC if he cleares his  physics supplemantry exam and also clear KCET then he can get seat for b.tech in engineering college as well as in b.tech college.

CSE cutoff for KCET at KLS Gogte Institute of technology is 9450. So it will be difficult to get an admission.

you can go for SEA College of engineering where the cutoff for CSE was 85559. you can get an admission there though counselling.

There is no fixed number which decides the KCET rank of a candidate for that particular year. There are factors on which the cut off for KCET Exam changes every year some factors like Number of Candidates appearing for Exam, Difficulty of Exam, Marks obtained in 12 Class etc…
