Can I select for BE in first round with 37000 kcet ranking
Answer (1)
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well. Yes you can select BE in first round itself, but not for University Visveswariah College of Engineering Bangalore. As cutoff rank in this college is very low. Unless you belong to a category like SC, ST or Category-1, you don't have a chance to get a seat in first round itself. But you may get get other colleges which are not in top positions but good colleges, but it would be better if you wait till the last round of seat allotment so that cutoff ranks will be increased and the chances of getting a BE seat will be slightly high. Just visit KEA website and download the previous year cutoff rank PDF by clicking on the link direct link below and compare your rank with different colleges.
