Process to get state rank is , once NEET result is announced , KEA i.e Karnataka examinations authority will ask candidates to enter their NEET details in KCET login portal .

Yes for KCET you have to write all the 4 papers which are divided into 2 days exam with 2 exams on each day.
on day 1- Biology and Mathematics will be conducted in two sessions

There is no dress code for Kcet exam 2019. The point that there is uniform in the college is a totally different point. For the exam just dress yourself decently. Nothing very fashionable is required.
