I did not download the application form within the last date. So, what should I do now and what is the importance of this application form?

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will conduct the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) on April 23 and 24 for admissions to B.Pharm, Engineering and Farm Science courses in government/governmet aided/private / institutes of Karnataka.
As for your question, if you haven't been able to download the admit card and it is no longer availabe on the website, then you won't be able tto appear for the exam. If you have the admit card and are only worried about the application form, then do not worry, application forms do not matter, admit cards do.
