i'm sorry that you are not eligible for KCET. Because the students who want to apply for KCET should spend their last 4 years of education in karnataka.so i think you cant give KCET.
But you can try at private colleges in Karnataka by giving to COMEDK.

Dear Abhishek, minimum ranking changes every year for KCET. This depends on the no. of students and the standards of the exam. If the no. of students applying for the exam are higher then the cut off marks also will be high. And if the examination paper has been set
Hi Naveeda, if u have studied in Bangalore, your educational certificates will have the details of your school and colleges that you studied at. That is a proof in itself that you have been a resident of Bangalore. You don't need a bonafide certificate again. Hope this helps!
Dear Nikhil, now all the medical course aspirants will have to take NEET exam irrespective of the state you are from. KCET is no longer an entrance test to get an admission in MBBS in Karnataka. Now KCET remains an entrance examination for admission into courses like Engineering, Agriculture, Pharmacy
The admission to 15% quota seats is through AIPVT counseling on the basis of NEET score.
Rest of seats admission will be through state level entrance exam. It would be tough to tell you the exact cutoff as officially it is not available.

The Medical admission will be through state counselling authority of Karnataka on the basis of NEET score, You need to apply when Karnataka MBBS/ BDS application form come out for medical programme & for engineering you
