The cutoff scores and ranks keep varying each year due to change in difficulty, number of students attempting the paper etc. So it's quite difficult to give an exact score to get below 2000 rank. Since kcet will be considering 50% of your board exam PCM(B) score a score of 140 and above will definitely get you a good rank.
